  1. Barend Burger says:

Hi, is it pls possible to camp outside of the speedway in the camping facilities that are normally available during Nascar events?
    Thanks for your prompt response!

    • ATL Air Show says:

Levy Restaurants is the exclusive concessionaire for food and beverage. You need to contact them at the speedway.

  2. George Thomas says:

Can we sit on top of our motorhome to watch the show if we buy a site in the Prime Access Camping area?

    • ATL Air Show says:

You would be able to see part of the show from there but have obstruction from the grandstands. You can walk in the gate to Premium VIew and sit in the grass and watch from there. If you take the spot closest to the gate it will be a very short walk

  3. George Thomas says:

What is the latest time that I can arrive in my Motorhome to hookup at my site on Friday evening/night?

  4. SH says:

Is there a list of confirmed Performers? I know that there is another airshow in the greater Atlanta area on this same weekend. I’m trying to decide which one to go to.

    • ATL Air Show says:

Hey Stephanie – yes, you can see the already-announced performers here (Air Show Performers), and we continue to announce updates on our ATL Facebook page (Atlanta Air Show FB Page). There are two air shows over the weekend, but you can always hit one on Saturday and one on Sunday. Ours is the same weekend every year; not sure why the other show scheduled the same weekend.

    • ATL Air Show says:

Hey Cassie, there are handicap area seats in the Atlanta Motor Speedway. Nothing that you need to do when purchasing a ticket, but you might want to just arrive early to grab those seats. The stadium does have elevators to help with accessibility and clearly marked signs.

      • kevin dunaway says:

they do not accommodate the handicapped very well. you should be able to all sit together just like anywhere else and know a head of time the seating area. we have 7 in the family that were going and they said that 5 of us would have to sit in one area and the one in the chair with one other would be another area. so it is doubtful we are going with not knowing the seating arrangement ahead of time.

        • ATL Air Show says:

Hey Kevin, yes, the event location is handicap-accessible with elevators and ramps, however the handicap seating is designed in the stadium in a way that only allows 1 or 2 guests to sit with the individual needing the accessibility space. It’s a difficulty of the specific layout of the speedway stadium, which our team can unfortunately not help, but we do our best at the show to get families seated as close as possible together in the general admission and preferred seating areas. It’s our goal to allow everyone to have the best time possible!

    • ATL Air Show says:

Hey Yvonne, the event is handicap accessible with elevators and ramps, however the handicap seating is designed in the stadium in a way that only allows 1 or 2 guests to sit with the individual needing the accessibility space. It’s a difficult of the specific layout of the speedway stadium, but we will do our best at the show to get you and your family as close as possible together.

  5. Craig says:

My mother is too proud to obtain a handicap parking permit although she really needs one. I am concerned about her ability to walk up the ramps to the seating areas. I know you have golf cart service from the handicap parking lot but would it be possible to use this service if we do not park in the lot? Could I drop her off somewhere for the golf cart service?

    • ATL Air Show says:

Hey Craig, there are elevators in the stadium to help her get up, but we can definitely have a couple volunteers available to assist her to her seat when she gets into the stadium!
