2020 Ticket Holder Info

All previously purchased ticket levels (Flight Line Club VIP, Photo Pit, Preferred Seating, and General Admission) for the 2020 event will be honored at the 2021 event happening May 22-23, 2021. Please note that your tickets are valid for the same day of the weekend for which they were purchased (Saturday tickets will be honored on Saturday, May 22, 2021 and Sunday on Sunday, May 23, 2021).

Flight Line Club VIP and Preferred Seating will be reserved seating by group as part of our Stay Safe and Separate Initiatives.  Ticketholders for these two ticket levels will be issued new tickets from our box office to the email with which they previously purchased their tickets.

Ticket holders will be assigned seating based on their purchase date to the nearest possible similarity to their previous seating, while following our above guidelines.

Parking passes are included with these ticket levels and will be sent via email 7 to 10 days prior to the show.

2020 Photo Pit and General Admission tickets will be good as issued and usable on the same day of the weekend as previously purchased. (Saturday tickets will be honored on Saturday, May 22, 2021 and Sunday tickets on Sunday, May 23, 2021.)

Parking Instructions:

As part of our Stay Safe and Separate Initiatives, all parking for 2021 will be inside the airfield. No off-site parking or shuttle buses will be operating. 2020 General Admission ticket holders must purchase a parking pass as a special low rate as the entrance to the show is inside the parking area. The link will be emailed to you prior to the show by our Box Office Support Team.  For more info, please contact the admissions ticketing team.

Note: all 2021 general admission tickets currently available for purchase on the website are by group with the cost of parking included. 2020 general admission ticketholders would have purchased parking separately had the show happened as planned.

I am confused. I see two sets of dates for the Air Show at Falcon field – May 22/23 & May 29/30, 2021.
I have tickets from May 2020.
    Which date is correct??

Hi Lisa, your previously purchased tickets from the 2020 show (which was cancelled due to COVID) can be used on the same day (Saturday for Saturday and Sunday for Sunday) at the show on May 22-23, 2021.

Is there something I need to do to get the newly assigned seats? I currently have 2 x Intro – Adult – Preferred Seating tickets for the cancelled 2020 Air Show.

Will there be any new tickets for people who want to come to the 2021 show, but aren’t holding tickets for 2020?

If so, when will they on sale? I’ll be driving in from Texas to see this.

Yes, there will be plenty of tickets for 2020 passholders as well as new guests, with “Stay Safe and Separate” initiatives in place to keep our guests safe.

So in order to honor our tickets from 2020 (General Admission), we now have to purchase a parking pass as the entrance to the show is inside the parking area. What is considered the parking area? The parking lot.

      Reply March 31, 2021 4:23 pm

Hi Bridget, so the general admission tickets from 2020 do not include parking. Had we been able to hold the 2020 air show, all general admission guests would have had to purchase parking (which goes on sale about 30 days prior to the show). The price of tickets being sold now includes parking, so 2021 general admission guests do not have to purchase parking, but the 2020 guests, for whom it was not previously included, will need to. Hope this clarifies. We will be sending out a link to all of you with 2020 admission tickets to purchase parking for a special low rate.

Am I understanding correctly that a parking pass needs to be purchased for 2020 ticket holders? How do I go about this

So my ticket for Sunday 5/17/20 will be good for 5/23/21? The note said tickets will be reissued – do we need to do anything or will they be sent to us? And where do we buy the 2021 parking permit? thank you.

Hi Sam, yes, your Sunday ticket will be good for Sunday, May 23, 2021. For those guests with Flight Line Club VIP or Preferred Seating, your tickets will be reissued to you automatically and parking passes will be sent to your email as well, as they are included with your purchase.

I have 2 tickets from the 5/2020 show. Do I just use these to enter this year’s show on the same day of the week?

Also, we will send you a special link with a discounted rate for parking closer to the date of the show, to the same email address with which you purchased your tickets.

I have Photo Pit passes for the 2020 show that I purchased in December of 2019. I see no option to purchase Photo Pit for the 2021 show as well as a reply to a question above saying there is no Photo Pit option. So, where are the people who purchased the Photo Pit tickets going to be placed?

    • Laney Poye

      Reply March 31, 2021 4:27 pm

Hey Gerald, so we are not doing sales of the Photo Pit for the 2021 show, but at this time, will be having a photo pit area for those who had previously purchased Photo Pit tickets to the 2020 show. Hope that clarifies – let us know if you need more information.

    Hello Laney
You called me yesterday but I missed your call. I have specific seating assignment from the previous Airshow that was cancelled. Am I to assume that I will still have the original seat assignment?

    • Laney Poye

      Reply April 9, 2021 5:29 pm

Hey Dennis, for VIP Flight Line Club and Preferred Seating, you will actually need a reassigned seat because we are doing “seat by group” to allow for keeping guests safe and separate. If you would, please give our box office a call at 888-612-4195 or at info@completeticketsolutions.com.
